Schedule - Varies each week (Day Shift) Minimum : 15 - 20 hrs per week

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for the set-up, serving, cleaning and breakdown of all Central Location Tests studies, as well as QDA (Quantitative Descriptive Analysis).
• Work directly with the Test Supervisor to execute an established test plan.
• Act as a core member of the Facilities team that will greet and check-in all guests upon arriving at our facility.
• Data Entry
• Responsible for accurate check-in and check-out of a high volume of consumers visiting our facilities to participate in consumer research studies.
• Work directly with the test supervisors and project managers to ensure that all project specific protocols are followed.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serving Products as directed by Testing Supervisor Set-up of testing area / break-down of testing areas
• Must be able to lift 50.00 lbs
• Good Communication skills and able to work in groups effectively.
• Greet clients and direct high volume (100 ) visitors/consumers daily to appropriate areas within the testing facility
• Process guests upon arrival and departure for their scheduled test
• Manage and load pre-paid gift cards and manage payment records
• Maintain overall lobby cleanliness
• Process inbound and outbound packages and mail Assist Testing Operations with other tasks as needed
