Schedule : Monday - Friday, 2pm to 10 : 30pm, plus mandatory overtime.

Pay : $24.00 / hr.

Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee shift operational and production processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, quality, customer service, and safety standards are being met and / or exceeded.
• Ensure complete compliance to prescribed Operational, Quality, and Safety Programs.
• Manage production and shift labor.
• Responsible for training, maintaining, and enforcing safety procedures, policies, and safe working behaviors.
• Ensure that all Health and Safety guidelines are followed.
• Hands-on position that requires you to assist will be required to work on warehouse
• Supervising the Bailers
• Takes inventory of their product at the plant Comes back to the facility to input all the inventory data into the computer
• Managing 4 warehouse associates

Job Requirements :

Ability to effectively communicate with and lead a diverse team.

Ability to communicate in Spanish must be bilingual.

Excellent verbal, written, and email communication skills.

Strong analytical and quantitative, problem solving, organization, decision making, and time management skills.

Ability to handle diverse and complex tasks with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.

Must speak, read, and write in English

Must have sit down forklift experience

Must have 3 years of supervisory or management experience
