Spectraforce Technologies is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Canaan, CT

Job Title: Office Administrator
Duration: 12 Months
Location: New Canaan, CT

Shift Timings: 1st; 8 AM-5 PM
The Company is currently seeking an Executive Office Assistant to support our Treasurer within the Finance and Corporate Audit organization. We are looking for individuals with exceptional time management skills who are willing to take initiative. This position will be located in New Canaan in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and processes domestic and international business travel arrangements, monitors designated business traveler's logistics, generates expense reports, and assists in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate.

- Collects and compiles data to provide visibility of status for traveler's review and/or signature; creates, edits, and maintains electronic and written communication.
- Tracks and maintains information relative to department and business operations; communicates a wide variety of information to multiple audiences.
- Processes and screens incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information.
- Prioritizes and schedules management-level employee time and availability for efficient use of time; tracks and maintains designated conference room schedules.
- Coordinates with the appropriate focals to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources.
- Orders and maintains office supplies; plans and implements logistics for senior executive-level internal and external events.
- Provides guidance to less experienced employees; works under minimal supervision.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
* 3 years of experience developing and/or maintaining integrated schedules.
* 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
3 years of experience providing administrative support to multiple customers such as vice presidents, directors, and managers.
* 3 years of experience coordinating and processing domestic and/or international travel arrangements.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
5 years of experience in partnering with executives to develop & manage operating rhythm/cadence for executive leadership teams.
* 5 years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing high-level projects for executives or senior leadership.
* Experience managing & organizing multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal direction.
* Knowledge of financial services, investment banking & capital markets.
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 7 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate 5 years related work, Bachelor 2 years related work, etc.)
