Job Title: Business Performance Analyst, Expert
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Fairfield CA 94533 (Local candidates preferred)
Pay Range: $60-$70.56/hr
Position SummaryThe Business Performance Analyst's primary function is to create PowerAPPs to collect, display, and organize information. We are on the hunt for a highly skilled and motivated Power App Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality Power Apps to streamline our business processes, improve productivity, improve metrics dashboards, and aid in our governance program by sending and tracking responses for automated emails. The candidate should be able to develop PowerApps without much difficulty or guidance after being provided with the desired outcome and functionality.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement Power Apps solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Leverage Power Apps capabilities to transform traditional business processes into efficient, modern experiences.
  • Create automated workflows using Power Automate to send emails based on multiple flows.
  • Integrate Power Apps with Power BI dashboards to provide insightful data analysis and interactive reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing Power Apps.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand the business needs and propose the most suitable solution.
  • Provide training and documentation to end-users on the use of Power Apps, ensuring they can effectively use the developed apps.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform updates and trends to leverage new features and improvements.
  • Working directly with team members to support various projects and provide solutions.
  • Developing PowerApps model and canvas driven apps
  • Designing end-to-end solutions that improves collaboration, productivity and knowledge sharing.
  • Identifying areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Office 365, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint can be better leveraged and facilitating process improvement.
Desired Experience
  • Extensive knowledge in using the suite of Microsoft’s PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate Flow, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations on the platform
  • Proven experience as a Power App Developer or similar role.
  • Proficient in creating Power Apps (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Portals).
  • Extensive experience in creating and managing automated flows using Power Automate.
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI integration with Power Apps.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Extensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform – MS PowerApps, MS Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, and Power virtual agents.
  • Experience in analysis, design development, testing, and implementation of enterprise-scale apps.
  • Experience developing new PowerApps models and canvas-driven apps and enhancing existing apps.
  • Understanding PowerApps formulas and development methods.
  • Knowledge of Flow licensing and automating business processes with Microsoft Power Automate/ Flow.
  • Ability to create business processes and custom connectors for Microsoft Power Automate/ Flow.
  • Experience with API or services integrations and a firm understanding of implementing solutions with multiple data sources
  • Candidate must be a team player - willing to leverage and share learnings and expertise gained throughout previous roles.
