SPECTRAFORCE is Hiring an IT Project Coordinator III Near Rahway, NJ

Role: IT Project Coordinator IIILocation: Rahway, NJ 07065 (hybrid role, and the candidate needs to be onsite 3 days a week)Duration: 5 MonthsDescriptionWe seek a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Assistant. In this role, they will be responsible for providing essential support to our teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
The primary focus will be offering administrative assistance, assisting with project planning and organization, facilitating communication and collaboration among team members, monitoring project progress, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring quality control.
Required Skills/ Experience
  • Experience in PM Tools Like Jira. or Microsoft Project, Power BI, Office Timelines, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent experience with administrative assistance, assisting with project planning and organization, facilitating communication and collaboration among team members, monitoring project progress, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring quality control.
  • Able to understand and adhere to the principles delineated in the Project Management Playbook and able to drive an effective utilization of the Agile methodology.
  • Solid knowledge of Information Technology.
  • Assist with creating the Agile dashboards, roadmaps, and internal SharePoint sites.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, project management abilities, motivation to learn independently and leverage available resources, and the capability to establish effective relationships.
  • Strong planning and organizing, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities:
  • Obtains, documents, and communicates estimates for schedule, budget, and performance of assigned projects.
  • Monitor baseline, resource, and task entry for application and adherence to process.
  • Restates complex technical information in a format appropriate to the audience.
  • Ensures appropriate documentation and entry of project information into the Project Repository.
  • Identifies risks, partners with team members to mitigate risk, and promptly communicates risks and issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Liaise with vendors at a technical level to understand roadmaps and new technologies.
  • Strong planning and organizing and interpersonal skills are required.
