Job Location: Remote
Job Duration: 06 Months (Potential to extend)Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities of this the role and a description of the project (Outside of Workday JD):
- Complete assigned tasks and document findings
- Follow up calls with members, DME companies, Physician’s offices, etc.
- Coordination with multi-disciplinary teams
- Assisting RN’s with clinical assessment skills and providing documentation for determination of medical necessity
- Any other projects that may arise
- Must be a licensed Social Worker
- Must have good computer and communication skills
- Detail oriented; Self-starter; Dependable
- Must be able to meet strict turn-around times with documentation
- Complete approximately 20 to 40 tasks per day
- Conduct follow up calls in a timely manner
