Spectrum is seeking an Aerospace Engineer who has responsibility to provide senior level engineering services for a USAF client whose efforts are focused on ICBM Integration Support activities. Successful candidates will be a qualifed engineer with Systems Engineering experience, with a degree in engineering, and at least ten years of experience in the field. Candidates will provide technical leadership of aerospace/mechanical engineering.

This position is based in on-site and may require some travel.

Systems Engineering Experience and/or Certification: The ideal candidate should have a strong background in systems engineering, including hands-on experience and/or relevant certifications. They should possess extensive knowledge and understanding of various systems engineering methodologies, processes, and tools. In addition, they should be able to apply this expertise to analyze, design, integrate, and optimize complex systems in a variety of industries.

Senior skill set includes ability to perform all stated/implied duties within this tier and those reasonably derived from preceding tiers: The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in all the stated responsibilities and duties associated with a senior level position. This includes the ability to effectively execute tasks and projects, solve problems, and make sound decisions independently. Furthermore, the candidate should be capable of extrapolating and adapting their skills and knowledge from previous tiers to handle new challenges efficiently and adapt to changing circumstances.

Professional Engineering License desired: While not required, possessing a professional engineering license would be highly advantageous for this role. The candidate should have either obtained or be actively pursuing the necessary certifications and licensure to practice as a professional engineer. This accreditation would further validate their expertise and enhance their credibility in the field of systems engineering.
