Spectrum Accounting Plus is currently seeking a 20-25 hour a week Accounts Payable Data Entry Specialist.

The hourly rate is $11.50-12.50 based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete data entry on client invoices
• Ability to work quickly and accurately
• Become proficient using our leading management services software

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
• Highly detail-oriented
• Excellent data entry skills
• Ability to focus in a remote environment
• Must pass through a background check and satisfactorily pass a personal credit check during the final interview steps
