Marketing Associate

Spectrum Financial Alliance (SFA) is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Associate to join our team full-time immediately. This individual will serve in a critical support role within our elite wealth management firm, ensuring smooth and efficient daily marketing operations.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare reports for the Director of Marketing

• Enter and update new prospects/clients in Constant Contact and Advyzon sets

• Conduct audits of website content (including checking links, spelling, and grammar)

• Generate weekly analytics reports, including Dashboard reports for the managing principal

• Maintain the Constant Contact marketing database, ensuring data integrity from the Advyzon CRM

• Implement and optimize SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and search engine rankings

• Assist with planning and coordinating events as needed

• Oversee the creation and distribution of client birthday, anniversary, and holiday cards

• Prepare and send get well/sympathy cards as needed

• Log completed tasks in Basecamp daily

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Versatility in SEO integration and advanced strategic communication

• Attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Strong work ethic

• Understanding of general business and marketing concepts

• Ability to pass a criminal background check

Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Previous experience in a marketing role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
