Pay rate: $70,000-$75,000 annually
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours a week or when needed.

- Bachelor’s degree required. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience and/or experience in a similar management position preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a substance abuse, mental health, or other related behavioral health program required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
- Must display the use of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies.
- Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with clients, families, staff, and regulatory agencies.
- Clinically and operationally for the Correctional Recovery Academy program.
- For ensuring that the services are delivered in a manner that promotes customer service and excellence in service delivery.
