Spectrum Solutions Property Management, a fast growing property preservation firm is seeking the next rock star to add to the team! Our property preservation technicians are the lifeblood of the company and we are looking to dominate this industry with YOU!

Technicians manage a state-wide geographic territory and work a daily or multi day routes inspecting properties and providing basic landscaping.

Qualifications:

1. Clean driving record

2. Pass Background Check

3. Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends as needed

4. Ability to travel for days at a time if needed

5. Handyman skills a plus!

6. Ability to multi-task

7. Computer literate for using inspection and photo applications

8. Excellent time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

1. Provide on time services for your defined route

2. Provide rush services that are time sensitive

3. Communicate effectively with your counterpart in the home office

4. Assertively address unforeseen issues

5. Complete logs and reports

6. Follow DOT safety standards and regulations

The company provides a company owned truck, cell phone, computer, lawn mower, and other tools for your use.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,500.00 - $44,000.00 per year
