Qualifications:

• 📅 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles
• 🗣️ Strong verbal and written communication skills
• 👀 Exceptional attention to detail
• 💼 Experience with payroll and HR software.
• 💻 Proficient in Microsoft365 suite
• 🌐 Bilingual (Spanish) is an asset

Responsibilities:

• 📂 Maintain and update employee records
• 📝 Manage payroll records and processes
• ⏰ Process and verify time records using designated software
• 📊 Oversee timekeeping records maintenance
• 🗂️ Administer I-9 documentation and retention
• 🎉 Coordinate mailouts for employee birthdays and anniversaries
• 📢 Assist in benefit enrollment communications
• 🤝 Support new employee onboarding activities
• 🎄 Help plan and organize company events, including holiday and HR events
• 📋 Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as required
