We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to start a career in software testing and quality assurance, with ample room for growth and professional development.

Job Description:

As an Entry-Level Quality Assurance QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through meticulous testing and analysis. You will work closely with our development and product teams to identify, report, and track defects, ensuring that our software meets the highest standards of quality before it reaches our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute manual test cases to identify software defects and ensure functionality meets requirements.
• Document and report bugs and issues using our bug-tracking system.
• Work collaboratively with developers to understand features and create effective test plans.
• Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not adversely affected by new changes.
• Validate bug fixes and track resolution status.
• Participate in requirements review meetings to understand the scope and identify testing needs.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve software usability and functionality.

Requirements

Skills/Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of computer software
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting languages is a plus but not required.
• Able to work at Lehi, UT office - potential for hybrid schedule.

• $15-$18 / hour
