**What you will be doing:**

As our Store Manager you will coach and help lead our customer service team in providing our loyal and new customers with great service while we help them find the best financial products to provide them with peace of mind, as they get the financial services they need.

* Be a proud store leader and brand ambassador

* You will manage the Profit & Loss Statement (P&L) to meet all budgeted numbers and meet companys expectations for performance

* Implement action plans to maximize sales and productivity with all team members

* You will manage payroll for employees on a bi-weekly basis

* Monitor that all employees complete assigned monthly training

* Manage the annual performance evaluation process for employees, supported by effective feedback to each employee throughout the year

* You will be prepared with hot files/ recruitment plan when hiring needs arise

* You will be a hands-on leader, exemplifying great customer service, and working through any customer concerns or challenges

* Adhere to and monitor established loss prevention standards with the store team (i.e. loan and check cashing decision criteria, cash management, password protection, drawer management, and dual authorization)

**What you should have:**

* A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience

* Ability to coach and guide others towards success

* 1 year of customer service experience

* 1 year of cash handling experience

* Availability to work full-time
