Customer Support Representative
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the database
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer support issues
- Identify and escalate any complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone presence
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly related to composition of professional emails
- Ability to analyze customer needs and when necessary, refer issues to the appropriate Team Member for resolution
- Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
