Spencer Gray is Hiring an Assistant Commercial Property Manager Near Carlsbad, CA
Must be detail oriented, well organized, and computer savvy with a "get it done" attitude. This is a mid-career position for someone that wants to build on their experience and get exposure to every facet of commercial real estate including development, brokerage, leasing, and asset management.
College degree preferred, at least 2-4 years’ experience holding a DRE CA salesperson license are required. This will be a salary position DOE with an hybrid, rotational office schedule. However, this position will need to work in the office for the first 90 days during the probationary period.
Duties include:
Conduct routine property site visits including overnight travel.
Supervise property contracts and vendors.
Build and maintain a best-in-class level of service.
Resolve day-to-day property management issues.
Maintain personal contact with all tenants, vendors and clients.
Maintain tenant and vendor insurance requirements.
Provide monthly reporting of property issues.
Office and administrative tasks as needed.
We offer PTO, 401K matching, holiday pay, flex scheduling and work from home.
Salary range is $65-75K with a 5-10% bonus.
