I'm partnered with a civil engineering firm seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager with an engineering background to join the Water/Wastewater Team. Projects for this role include maintenance and rehabilitation to a wastewater treatment plant and stormwater improvements to the treatment plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all project aspects including pursuing new opportunities, client management, project scope development, planning, organizing, change management, coordinating between disciplines, production coordination, team leadership, financial management, quality control, and project delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships and leverage operational insights to drive project success and ensure deliverables are met.
• Clearly communicate project goals to teams to consistently meet client expectations.
• Lead and direct the execution of water and wastewater projects, including process/mechanical systems, treatment systems, chemical feed systems, and pumping systems.
• Oversee project staff, schedule work, assign tasks, and ensure timely production of plans and specifications for municipal water treatment and reclamation facilities.
• Provide senior-level technical expertise across the market through our Technical Leadership Program, particularly in pump/lift stations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensure.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in water, wastewater, stormwater/conveyance, and treatment projects in a consulting capacity. Experience with large pump or lift stations is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and water/sewer modeling software.
