We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director with a strong background in the industrial gas industry to lead and manage our projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience, a solid engineering background, and a proven track record of successfully managing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct all aspects of project management within the industrial gas sector.
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate and direct project resources, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to specifications.
- Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing regular project updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that any potential obstacles are addressed promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the industrial gas or related industries.
- Proven experience managing and leading project teams.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
