A leading employee-owned firm is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 7-15 years of experience in managing and performing water, wastewater, recycled water, and stormwater infrastructure projects. This role involves leading the planning, design, and construction of these projects in the San Francisco Bay Area, Greater Sacramento Area, and throughout California. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a principal engineer, mentoring other team members and ensuring projects are completed profitably with high-quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, design, and construction of water, wastewater, recycled water, and stormwater projects.
• Lead the preparation of feasibility studies, master plans, basis of design studies, and contract documents.
• Provide bid support and construction management services.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• 7-15 years of relevant experience in water, wastewater, recycled water, and/or stormwater projects.
• Professional Civil Engineer (PE) license in California.
• Proven track record of managing complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and work well in a team environment.
