1 YEAR CONTRACT

We are seeking a Transportation and Installation (T&I) Project Manager for a project involving constructing and installing 176 wind turbine generators, three offshore substations, and associated cables and equipment, located 27 miles off the coast of Virginia Beach, Virginia.

The T&I Project Manager will report to the Manager of Site Construction for Offshore Wind. This role is responsible for managing the scope, schedule, and budget of the T&I package. The Project Manager will work closely with other CVOW package managers, the site construction team, and the Commissioning Manager to ensure all equipment is transported, installed, and commissioned on time. Collaboration with the T&I prime contractor is essential to meet the Owner’s requirements.

**Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience**

- Minimum of 7 years in project management, relevant technologies, and leadership within the assigned project areas.

- Experience in offshore wind construction, maritime construction, or heavy industrial manufacturing environments.

- Strong knowledge of marine, mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.

- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, documents, and management reports.

- Ability to lead and manage multiple work fronts simultaneously.

- Current GWO certification or the ability to obtain certification.

- Willingness to work in an offshore environment when required.

**Soft Skill Requirements**

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to lead, collaborate, and work effectively within diverse teams, including multi-disciplinary teams.

**Required Years of Experience**

- 7 years in project management within construction, engineering, finance, or management fields, including at least 3 years in project management.

- At least 4 years of direct experience in a Transportation and Installation Project Manager role.

**Education**

- Bachelor’s Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be accepted.

- Preferred fields of study include Business, Engineering, and Engineering Technology.

**Preferred Industry Experience**

- Candidates must have experience in renewables as a project manager.

- Preference given to candidates with direct offshore wind experience.
