A role with an emphasis on upstream and technical marketing, team leadership (5) and product launch. You will develop and execute group strategy, taking products from concept to commercialization, inheriting products ready for launch & developing a substantial plan for new product development

The perfect leader is a professional with a strong technical background and the key soft skills to lead a high performing marketing team. You will have extensive experience with electromechanical devices the med-tech or biotech space.

Desirable Characteristics & Experience

• 5 years portfolio leadership experience in the medtech or biotech space (electro-mechanical device experience is a must)
• Strong experience developing and leading portfolio strategy.
• A passion for curating and executing product launch strategies.
• Proven track record taking products from concept to commercialization, working cross functionally to deliver high class products on time and in budget
• Strong people leadership capabilities, with the ability to influence cross functionally
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A history developing product strategies and roadmaps in alignment with company goals and upstream market opportunities.
• Effective communicator and collaborator, able to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
