Spencer Thomas is Hiring a HRIS and Data Validation Consultant Near Minneapolis, MN
Position Overview: Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our HRIS and Data Validation Consultant Group . Responsibilities: Ensure client data extract is accurate as they are moving from UKG to ADP NextGen HCM
Work under timelines set by client/vendor to have accurate data ready for testing and validation work.
Work alongside client and consultant/vendor teams during duration of the project
Required Qualification(s): Expertise in ensuring accurate data from current UKG system to ADP's Nextgen HCM solution.
Demonstrated ability to use data validation tools and processes
Ability to meet deadlines as needed from client.
Preferred Qualification(s): Experience with UKG and moving to another HCM solution. Experience with transitioning from UKG.
Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a start date of 06/24/2024 with an initial duration through 01/31/2025 , with the possibility of extending.
Level of Effort: Working Hours: US based time zones preferred
