- Identify trends and patterns in data, and provide recommendations based on analysis
- Gather and analyze large amounts of data from multiple data sources and concentrate into a logical reporting framework
- Assist in determining areas of opportunity through thorough data analysis
- Process and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports to track and measure organizational performance
- Utilize data to build and prepare PowerPoint presentations for various stakeholders
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- Bachelor's degree and/or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with an intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) & PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communications skills
- Ability to stay organized, manage to deadlines, work under time constraints, set priorities and demonstrate a sense of urgency
- Proven ability to organize and manipulate data
