We are looking for an Account Manager located in Stuttgart or Frankfurt.

Your mission will be to play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing SMB customers. You’ll own a large portfolio of customers with the mission of driving customer base expansion through upsell, cross-sell and contract negotiation

  • o:You will own a dedicated portfolio of Customers with the responsibility of developing it through proactive territory pla
  • nsYou will hunt for opportunities for upsell and cross-sell by maintaining a high level of touch points through outbound and inbound activiti
  • esYou will understand client needs, business objectives, and challenges to effectively position our products/servic
  • esYou will be responsible, for those customers, for the entire sales cycle from potential identification to closing : Qualification > Discovery > Technical Validation > Commercial proposal > Signatu
  • reYou will understand the customer ecosystem (third party providers, software solutions used) to identify business opportuniti
  • esYou will maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and progress using CRM softwa
  • reYou will work closely with a dedicated team of Customer Success Managers ensuring the achievement of all key metrics related to customer growth, retention and Spendesk product usage grow
  • thYou will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Strategic Partnerships by providing customer feedback to drive product innovati

Requirement

  • s :2 years of professional experience in sales or account management: strong track record of navigating within mid-market organizati
  • onsCommercial mindset: strong sales instincts, demonstrated assertiveness/resiliency and a strong track-record of hitting and exceeding quota, as well as proven negotiation and closing skil
