**We're looking for an experienced Studio Manager to help us bring the Best. Workout. Ever. to the area and expand our brand throughout Houston.**

**Position Summary:**

The manager is responsible for driving the performance, culture and success of the studio. The position encompasses all aspects of the day-to-day operations - customer acquisition, talent management, member experience, scheduling, as well as performance management via KPI and reports. The Sugar Land location is the first of multiple planned Houston metro locations, which present opportunities for growth with the company.

**Qualifications:**

* Strong demonstrated management and leadership abilities with proven track record of results

* Ability to create a successful environment and culture for staff and clients

* Previous sales experience in a fitness category is required

* Previous customer service experience is desired

* Willingness to learn. Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy

* High energy and upbeat personality

* Must be self motivated and performance driven

**Job Requirements:**

* Manage and exceed sales and retention expectations

* Manage all operational aspects of the business including but not limited to: ordering supplies, equipment maintenance, payroll, scheduling, cleanliness

* Lead, train, motivate, and manage all staff to represent SPENGA

* Sell memberships and retail

* Retain and increase client participation

* Submit accurate and timely reports

* Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships

* As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year SPENGA is an unrivaled fitness experience. Through a combination of spin, strength, and yoga each workout is designed to improve endurance, strength, and flexibility.
