SCHOOL-BASED EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!Salary: $80000-$110000 annually.Responsibilities
- Provide Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision in accordance with requirements from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans
- Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans for assigned caseload
- Monitor skill acquisition programming and provide training to enhance treatment outcomes for assigned caseload
- Maintain regular communication with school staff and supervisors
- Focus on collegial support, mentorship and professional growth
- Flexible, consistent schedules and varied job responsibilities
