Responsibilities:
- Conduct tests on products using testing equipment according to established procedures.
- Record test results accurately and maintain detailed documentation.
- Troubleshoot issues with test equipment or products as needed.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to identify and resolve any quality or performance issues.
- Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures while performing tests.
- Communicate test results and findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of new testing procedures or protocols as needed.
- Keep work area clean and organized to ensure efficiency and safety.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
- Proven experience working as a Test Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of testing principles and methodologies.
- Experience with testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately record and document test results.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends as needed.
