We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Test Technician to join our team. The Test Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of tests on products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with testing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and documenting test results.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct tests on products using testing equipment according to established procedures.
  • Record test results accurately and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Troubleshoot issues with test equipment or products as needed.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to identify and resolve any quality or performance issues.
  • Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures while performing tests.
  • Communicate test results and findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of new testing procedures or protocols as needed.
  • Keep work area clean and organized to ensure efficiency and safety.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
  • Proven experience working as a Test Technician or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of testing principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately record and document test results.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends as needed.
Working Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm
