Shift: Mon-Friday; 8a-5p
Hourly Pay Rate: $17.50-$19, DOE
ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage A/P and A/R invoices
Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records
Maintain and update financial data in Excel
Assist with month-end closing activities
Support the accounting team with various administrative tasks
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
SkillsQuickBooks
EducationHigh School
Experience1-4 years
QualificationsProven experience in A/P and A/R invoicing
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Experience with QuickBooks is beneficial
Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
