Job details Urgently hiring multiple Customer Support Associates who will assist our sales team in managing customer accounts, processing purchase orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills.
Great for someone who works at Lowes or Home Depot and wants out of the retail lifestyle and crazy work schedule; yet support somewhat similar responsibilities, with a team of 5-7 others, in a upscale / casual work environment
Responsibilities :
Assist sales representatives in managing customer accounts and relationships.
Process purchase orders (POs) accurately and efficiently.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Coordinate with appropriate persons to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide product information and support to customers.
Identify opportunities to offer products to enhance orders.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the sales team.
Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Skills :
Experience in sales support or customer service within a similar industry.
Familiarity with processing purchase orders and managing customer accounts.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
