Job details Spherion is hiring for a Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Representative in Fort Wayne, IN!

Pay : $18-$20 / HR

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM (hours can be a bit flexible)

Location : Downtown Fort Wayne - has the potential to become a work from home / hybrid position after a few weeks of training in the office

This position would include talking with patients / nurse staff to inform them the highlights and benefits of a medical product that the client produces / sells.

Having a background in the medical field or even having worked as a staff memeber or Receptionist in a Medical facility is a huge plus.

Responsibilities :

• Answering phone calls
• Providing customer service to patients over the phone and answering any questions they may have on a product
• Cold Calling to medical facilities
• Light Computer work / data entry
• Inside sales responsibilities

Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Skills :

• Outgoing personality / enjoys speaking with others
• Well organized
• Excellent communication skills
• A background working in a medical environment is a plus (could be a receptionist, intake coordinator, care provider etc.)
