We are seeking a skilled Electronic Instrument Assembler to join our highly acclaimed team that designs and manufactures flight simulation equipment in Broken Arrow. The Assembler is responsible for assembling electronic components and devices according to engineering specifications and production schedules. This role involves interpreting technical drawings, soldering electronic components onto circuit boards, testing assembled instruments, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the assembly process.
Pay: $20 - $22.50/hour
Shift: 1st shift: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. / Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Assemble electronic components onto circuit boards using soldering irons and other hand tools.
- Follow established assembly procedures and quality control standards to ensure the reliability and functionality of finished products.
- Test assembled instruments using electronic testing equipment to verify proper operation and identify any defects or malfunctions.
- Troubleshoot and repair defective components or assemblies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, test results, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues and improve assembly processes.
- Adhere to safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
- Familiarity with electronic components, circuitry, and soldering techniques.
- Ability to use hand tools, soldering irons, and electronic testing equipment effectively

Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable in resistor color codes, component identification, symbols, values, polarity, functioning as in potentiometer, motor and switches
- Proven experience in electronic assembly, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions- Proficient with PCB terminologies, tools, and components
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in electronics assembly is preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
