The field service technician installs, repairs, and maintain chemical dispensing systems in a largely commercial/industrial environment. A successful candidate will display excellent customer service skills while utilizing a skill set focused on plumbing, electrical, and mechanical aspects of chemical dispensing systems. The candidate should have a clear understanding of how the dispensing systems work and methods used to repair them. The field service technician works cooperatively with the sales team to install and maintain systems in a timely, efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Maintain chemical dispensing systems in accordance with level of standards and quality.
Install chemical dispensing systems in accordance with level of standards and quality as well as local building codes.
Troubleshoot faulty equipment and repair in a timely fashion.
Complete detailed, accurate forms to document maintenance and repairs
Provide training to client's employees as necessary.
Maintain a well-organized inventory of commonly used parts and materials.
Provide support to staff as needed.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
