Prior insurance, customer service, office, experience, excellent typing skills, and knowledge of commonly used Computer software is required.
Competitive compensation that includes paid time off.- This is a temp to hire position.- M-F 8am-5pm. Pay rate is $18 / hour- pay subject to training, qualifications, and licensing
Responsibilities :
Answer incoming call center questions about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as well as consumer complaints and general inquiries.
Resolve billing issues, change policies
Learning and understanding company insurance products.
Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
