Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from potential leads
- Coordinate vendor agreements with other reps
- Collaborate with other reps to manage vendor promotions
- Manage and enter vendor deal registrations
- Manage distributor relationships with other reps
- Maintain strong connections with clients
- Oversee licensing renewals
- Manage Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Generate new business opportunities
- Address backorder or discontinued product concerns
- Follow up on pending opportunities
- Finalize and close open opportunities
- Approve and generate final invoices
- 2 years of account manager experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
