Responsibilities
- Respond to technical issues related to hardware and software via phone and computer.
- Resolve basic problems or escalate complex issues to second-tier support or the appropriate MBIS area.
- Follow procedures for handling internal requests using remote methods.
- Assist users with standard computer practices to meet their needs efficiently.
- Identify and report recurring issues to improve resolution methods and minimize user impact.
Skills
- Must have good communication and follow up skills.
- Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy.
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment.
Experience1-4 years
Qualifications
- Must have basic technical knowledge.
- Must have customer service experience.
- Must be comfortable in a call center environment
