- Lead & Support Team of 1099 Vendors To Successful Outcomes
- Coordinate Vendor Maintenance & Cleaning Efforts
- Plan & Manage Unit Turns
- Plan & Manage Seasonal & Preventative Maintenance
- Seek Out, Hire & Terminate Vendors
- On-call duties
- Monthly Site Visits To Each Market (Currently 3 Travel Days Per Month Outside Fargo)
- Planning & Managing Capital Improvement Projects
- Unit Renovations
- Invoice management, verification & approval Growth

- Maintenance/Trade industry experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license
