We are looking for a Maintenance Tech that has 2-4 years experience in a manufacturing setting. NO apartment maintenance experience will be considered!!! This position will primarily be on 1st shift, but available for 2nd shift if the need arises.

Responsibilities :
- General responsibility for the maintenance and repair of complex production machinery and equipment.
- Includes diagnosis, troubleshooting, breakdown, preventative and predictive measures.
- Complete repairs on mechanical, electro-mechanical components.
- Maintain and repair a variety of production processes that include balancing and assembly machines.
- Interpret and understand machine drawings and schematics.
- Assist in the development of Preventative Maintenance plans.
- Assist in the management of spare parts inventories.
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance tasks as required.
Qualifications :
- Problem solving skills
- Time management
- Safety-focus
- Basic computer skills : MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams
- Strong organizational skillsAttention to detail
- Decision making in the best interests of the company
- High school diploma and 2 years experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician role in a manufacturing facility
- Basic knowledge and experience of the technical features of industrial electrical systems, industrial plumbing, and industrial carpentry
- Handle the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Team effort for over 50 pounds
Will have a 2-3 part interview process
Must be able to pass a background check
