Evaluate manufacturing processes through research and experimentation.
Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching testing methods, and consulting with equipment suppliers.
Enhance manufacturing efficiency by analyzing workflows, space requirements, and equipment arrangements.
Ensure product and process quality by designing effective testing methods.
Provide decision-making support by calculating production, labor, and material costs.
Prepare detailed product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Share manufacturing engineering expertise by addressing inquiries and fulfilling requests.
Stay updated on professional and technical knowledge through participation in educational workshops.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 AM
SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong computer skills, and a solid understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes.
Personal attributes include attention to detail, effective communication skills, multitasking ability, quick adaptability, prioritization skills, and a strong team-oriented work approach.
Ability to thrive under pressure, effectively plan workload, and delegate tasks.

QualificationsBachelor???s degree in an engineering-related field or 3 years of practical experience utilizing CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
