Responsibilities:
Leading the Crew: Inspire and manage a talented marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration to achieve our ambitious goals.
Charting the Course: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that capture the essence of our brand and engage diving enthusiasts worldwide.
Analyzing and Adapting: Utilize data-driven insights to track campaign performance, adjust strategies, and continuously improve our marketing efforts
Crafting Compelling Narratives: Create captivating content that tells our story and highlights the incredible experiences we offer.
Building Relationships: Cultivate and manage partnerships with influencers, media, and dive-related organizations to expand our reach and amplify our message.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Scuba dive trained would be a plus

4-7 years
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of proven success in marketing and communications
Proven Leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, or public relations
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
Experience with HubSpot
Familiarity with HTML Programming
Experience in developing and managing budgets
Demonstrated success in writing press releases, marketing presentations, and negotiating
Experience in the design and production of print materials
Web literacy in social media marketing tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time-management skills
Ability to travel occasionally
