Responsibilities :

Administrative Duties :

Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner

Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences for attorneys and staff

Maintain accurate calendars and schedules for attorneys

Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and reports as requested

Coordinate travel arrangements for attorneys as needed

Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as necessary

Assist with filing, copying, scanning, and other general office tasks

Receptionist Duties :

Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming

Manage incoming calls, take messages, and direct calls appropriately

Assist with conference room setup and catering arrangements as needed

Working hours : 9 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM

Skills :

Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is preferred, but not required

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or paralegal certificate preferred

Education : Associate
