- Data entry of orders, RFQ's
- Provide information about the products and services
- Monitor and track order status
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and troubleshoot common issues effectively and in a timely manner
- Work with other customer service representatives and departments to find solutions.
- Help with other tasks as needed
- 2-3 years previous experience in customer service
- Comfortable using computers and relevant software
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
