Overview of Job Duties:
Spineology Inc. ("Spineology" or the "Company"), the leader in ultra-minimally invasive spine surgery, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Creative Director/Sr. Manager of Brand, Digital and Events Strategy to join the growing marketing organization. Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Marketing, this person will partner with the Product Marketing organization to develop and grow our downstream marketing initiatives. This person will manage and develop our internal agency comprised of 2 FTEs, (Visual Design and Media Project Manager, and Multimedia Specialist) to develop compelling internal and external campaigns, content and programs to drive and develop our messaging and brand awareness. A strong digital background is desired as we grow activity in the space. This person will have strategic vision to lead our organizational, brand and digital transformation efforts. The position is based in St. Paul, MN at the Spineology corporate headquarters.
Responsibilities Include:
· Oversight in development of brand positioning, messaging and visual evolution, refresh
· Competitive differentiation through programs and brand identity
· Ground up development and championing of digital programs
· Brand campaign development and implementation aligning with business objectives and market positioning
· Internal sales educational and promotional campaigns development and execution
· Development of internal communication programs and initiatives
· Enhance brand engagement
· Customer testimonials and story development and amplification
· Collateral and content development managing approved messaging, FDA clearance and compliance regulations
· Events (live and digital) strategy and programs
· Social media program development, implementation
· Strong Cross functional partnership
· Deep project management and organizational skills
· Vendor management
· Hubspot experience and CRM development
· Ownership of tracking and metrics for all activities- reports to senior management
· Strong presentation and customer engagement skills
Experience:
· Four-year college degree
· At least 5 years of experience in an agency or in-house role working on integrated, cross-channel campaigns with a strong, diverse portfolio.
· Knowledge of or experience working on brand development within the medical device industry.
· Experience on set during production and comfortable serving as a director during shoots.
· Excellent customer relationship-building skills.
· Proven experience managing a team from concept to execution.
· Interest in marketing trends, social media strategies, and new technologies.
· Positive attitude, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities.
· Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
· Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and expertise in various media delivery models is a plus.
