Your Position:

We are seeking a committed professional to join our growing team from the ground-up. In your role, you will begin as an Assistant Community Manager and work closely alongside our Managing Partner on the day-to-day management responsibilities of our portfolio of communities large and small. This position has tremendous growth potential, as we aim to transition you quickly to a full-time community manager and eventual executive management or leadership.

Initially, this role involves assisting the Managing Partner with the daily operations of our portfolio of communities that we serve, ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining property standards, and fostering a positive community environment. Each day may bring on a new challenge and opportunity for growth as our industry is fast paced and rapidly changing. Your role can expand as your experience and knowledge increases.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • a strong background in customer service, community/property/facilities management, hospitality, or other related industry
  • excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • a passion for providing exceptional service to our clients
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities, detail oriented
  • proficiency in Property Management software, Microsoft Office (word and excel), Google Docs/Sheets, etc.
  • proficiency in conflict resolution, problem solving skills, and a proactive approach to addressing issues
  • proficiency in time management, organization, and prioritization
  • ability to meet deadlines
  • ability to work effectively with others and independently
  • ability to communicate professionally and effectively in writing as well as verbally (in person and by phone)

Your responsibilities:

Manage/assist with managing the day-today aspects of community management; each day may bring on new and differing responsibilities based on the needs of the portfolio of communities that we manage. Some of the day-to-day, week-to-week responsibilities may be:

  • assist in managing association records and information
  • support the Managing Partner in preparing reports, letters, lists, etc.
  • coordinate with service providers to ensure timely and efficient property repairs
  • conduct routine site visits of common areas, amenities, homeowner lots, etc. to ensure association guidelines are adhered to
  • assist in implementing and enforcing community policies and regulations, as directed by the client, to maintain safe and welcoming environment
  • assist Managing Partner in facilitating day-to-day written/verbal communication between homeowners, contractors, and the Board of Directors
  • address complaints and disputes in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to the Managing Partner when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with association regulations, applicable state laws, and company policies
  • Utilize company software for work order management and tracking
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and report generation
