Position Overview

The Project Site Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing the on-site execution of projects, ensuring that all deliverables are met with precision and in a timely manner. This position requires a dedicated individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have experience in AV installations and a keen eye for detail. This job description outlines the primary duties and responsibilities expected of the Project Site Supervisor. Position Responsibilities

• Oversee the staging of AV products in the warehouse and on-site.

• Ensure all necessary equipment and materials are available and in good condition for installation.

• Collect and provide accurate information for change orders and Communicate changes effectively with the project manager, and to all relevant departments.

• Coordinate with the design, installation, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Coordinate with general contractor and other jobsite trades to ensure Spire’s projects tasks can be completed.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration among various departments to meet project goals.

• Work closely with project installation leads to ensure project deliverables are met.

• Support installation teams with technical guidance and troubleshooting.

• Manage daily tasks and responsibilities related to the project. Keep Asana punch lists updated on a daily basis.

• Ensure all on-site activities are aligned with the project schedule and standards.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date redlines of drawings.

• Document any changes or deviations from the original plans.

• Conduct status meetings with the Project Manager to review progress and address any issues.

• Provide comprehensive updates on project status and milestones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within the AV or related industry.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Technical understanding of AV, networking, lighting, and shading systems is preferred.
