NXTThing RPO on behalf of it's Client is looking to hire a Store Manager.

As a Store Manager, you'll spearhead all store operations, leading and motivating your teams to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional experiences for both customers and employees. Your role involves nurturing talent, strategizing for short and long-term store needs, and fostering relationships with both regional management and local stakeholders.

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Execute operational plans to achieve company objectives, including overseeing sales promotions, events, and merchandise displays.
• Implement sales promotions, coordinate special events, and oversee the preparation of merchandise displays, store layout, and advertising copy.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to analyze store financials and strategize for sales growth, while ensuring adherence to the annual shrink budget.
• Ensure the security of company assets and prioritize the safety of associates and customers, maintaining strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate on in-store projects and adjust strategies to optimize financial performance and meet shrinkage targets.
• Foster relationships through community events and regular communication, ensuring strategic alignment and sustained outreach efforts.
• Champion talent management initiatives to cultivate a high-performing, accountable workforce. Recruit, train, and develop team members while maintaining performance standards.
• Cultivate a culture of exceptional customer service and solution-oriented selling. Foster relationships with key stakeholders and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Cultivate current and future staff
• Additional responsibilities: fulfill miscellaneous tasks to support store operations as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
• 3-5 years of retail management or robust customer service experience.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Sound financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
• Proven track record in relationship building and team leadership.
• Minimal travel requirement (less than 10%).
