Job Summary:

An energetic, creative and detail-oriented individual, the ideal candidate has had experience supporting sales and marketing programs, events and projects in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. As an integral part of the team this person will be willing and able to tackle new projects and find creative and efficient ways to get the work done. This person should be a team player that can work both collaboratively and autonomously to complete tasks that support various marketing goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support communication between the brand team and sales
• Assist with Ambassador/Advocate requests
• Assist in overall program support
• Coordinate with HR as needed
• Assist Brand and Marketing teams with program tasks as requested
• Create event recaps and reports
• As directed, work with third-party vendors on specific projects.

Digital/Creative Opportunities :

• Assist with collecting and sharing social media content
• Assist with any video or photography needed for training
• Assist with new and existing program development and materials procurement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, experience could include hospitality, marketing agency experience, promotional marketing and field marketing.
• Any social media or digital experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining good judgment
• Excellent organizational skills a must
• Self-starter with “can do” attitude
• Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness
• Ability to set priorities and accomplish tasks
• Proven abilities in Microsoft Office including Powerpoint, Excel and Teams
