Job purpose

The Maintenance Supervisor directs the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Transportation departments in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing the facility and to assure the facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.

Duties and responsibilities

· Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and directs the above listed departments, their program and activities

· Ensures the facility remains in compliance with all federal, stats, and local regulations

· Reviews policies, procedures, job descriptions, etc. to ensure they are accurate

· Ensures maintenance, housekeeping, and transportation staff is properly trained on safety policies and procedures

· Make sure to keep the facility in good repair, making repairs in a timely manner

· Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them properly

Minimum Qualifications

· High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)

· Supervisory experience (Preferred)

· General maintenance experience (Required)

Pay: $45,500.00 per year
