Spiro is hiring an Account Director to join our Sales team. The Account Director is focused on existing account retention and growth within their existing portfolio. (Previous experience with healthcare clients is preferred). Efforts include maintaining strong client relationships, a strategic understanding of client's program, potential account growth opportunities and developing plans to penetrate these opportunities. The Account Director will maintain repeat business while potentially participating in the development of new opportunities. You will work independently and with cross functional teams to meet your client’s objectives while achieving individual and Company revenue and profitability goals.
