Splash Omnimedia - Function Summary

Here we grow again! We are looking for an onsite T- Shaped marketer! As an onsite T-Shaped Marketer, you are a vital member of the CMT squad, skillfully handling a variety of marketing tasks. Your role includes executing client-specific strategies, Paid Search, Analytics and Reporting, CRM and Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, Social Media Ads, Channel Management, and Content Creation. Your versatility and expertise in multiple marketing disciplines will contribute significantly to achieving client objectives and team success. In addition you will assist the Squad Leader in managing client accounts and supplement their efforts in client communication.  

KEY ROLES:

Leadership, Management, and Accountability

  • Lead and mentor the support team assigned to you within the CMT squad, manage tasks and projects, and uphold accountability for team performance and client satisfaction.

Assistant Account Management 

  • Support the CMT Squad Leader in managing client accounts and maintaining client relationships.

Paid Search Management

  •  Execute and optimize paid search campaigns. 

Social Media Advertising and Management

  • Manage social media ads and channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, among others. 

Content Creation

  • Produce, edit, manage content for various platforms.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Onsite position
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication.
  • LMA : Lead assigned support team effectively, manage various projects, and ensure accountability in achieving client objectives.
  • Marketing Strategy Execution : Implement marketing tactics as outlined in client strategies.
  • Data Analysis : Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns' effectiveness.
  • Collaborative Work : Work closely with Content Specialists to integrate content into broader marketing campaigns.
  • Client Relationship Support : Assist in account management and client communication.
  • Campaign Management : Oversee paid search and social media advertising campaigns.
  • Email Marketing : Create and send targeted email campaigns.
  • Content Development : Produce high-quality content for digital platforms.
  • Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to improve marketing strategies and team performance.
  • Analytical Skills : Analyze marketing data to extract actionable insights.
  • Project Management : Manage multiple projects effectively under tight deadlines.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in marketing or account management.
  • Experience in Paid Search, Analytics, CRM, Email Marketing, and Social Media with proficiency in at least 3 of these tactics. 
  • Strong skills in content creation and digital marketing tactics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Effective at deriving actionable insights from data. 
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

EDUCATION PREFERENCES :

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
