Sploot Veterinary Care is introducing a brand new approach to veterinary care in the form of Urgent & Primary Care Clinics, and we’re looking for a ROCKSTAR Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, and help us provide the ABSOLUTE BEST medical care to our patients.

What you’ll do as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:
  • Collaborate with operations leaders to understand specific talent requirements and recruitment goals
  • Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified veterinary professionals through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of potential candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with guidance, support, and information throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment activities using our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure timely and efficient progress
  • Support planning and execution of recruitment events
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market insights, and best practices in veterinary recruitment to remain competitive and innovative in talent acquisition efforts
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including candidate sourcing, pipeline status, and time-to-fill, to stakeholders and management
  • Additional People Operations duties as assigned
  • Position is hybrid based in Chicago or Denver
Who you are:
  • You are an energetic professional with at least two to three years of talent acquisition sourcing experience
  • You’re super organized, and focused on efficiency, with an eye for detail
  • You have strong presentation and communication skills
  • You are a team player, and always looking to collaborate with others in the organization

  • Competitive base pay or salary range: $65,000 - $85,000
